Career Activator will prepare broker associates with the necessary fundamentals to create a strong foundation for success in real estate. Course objectives will focus on business planning, developing business activities, and the necessary skill sets for working with buyers and sellers.

Business Planning Day Two will focus on business building activities including open houses and farming. Brokers will be introduced to business planning strategies and the John L. Scott Elevate Business Plan.
