Please join us for two days of forms classes. On the first day, February 20th, we will cover Agency Law and Written Services Agreements and Dissecting the Residential Purchase and Sale Agreement. On the second day, February 27th, we will cover Understanding the Financing Addenda and Commonly Used Addenda to the Purchase and Sale Agreement. We will be introducing the revised WA forms where applicable.
7 CE Clock Hours will be administered for each day of completion. Participants may attend any single day for 7 clock hours or both days for 14 clock hours.
